PAYMENT
Cushlab sells exclusively on the website through Paypal, because it offers a secure service for our customers, you do NOT need a Paypal account to purchase this way, If however you want to pay by cheque, please write your cheque guarantee card number, guaranteed amount and expiry date on the back of your cheque and post to

Cushlab, 5 Clifton House, 54 Ashford Road, Tenterden, Kent, TN30 6ll.

Cheques will require 5 working days to clear before we process your order. Please make cheques payable to Cushlab.

DELIVERY
All our cushions are made to order, this can mean that delivery times range from 1-6 weeks depending on how busy we are, we will advise you of the expected time when we receive your order, please email if you wish to know current lead times: cushlab@btinternet.com                            

We will always try to accommodate orders with a tight deadline if we can.

UK orders are sent through Royal Mail 'recorded delivery'.

OVERSEAS: We accept orders for delivery to any destination in the world, due to custom restrictions we are unable to send inner feather pads to the   U.S.A, and although we try hard to give reduced postage costs to all our customers it is sometimes necessary to request a postage surcharge depending on country and size of order, we will email you if this is an issue that concerns your order.

DUTIES AND LOCAL TAXES: Purchasers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country.                                                                          


A commercial invoice is provided with all goods shipped. 


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to love your purchase. If you aren't happy then we will replace or refund, However please be aware that because items are made to order we cannot refund if you are unhappy with colour matches, in order to counter this problem we do offer a free swatch service so that you can make sure you are happy before you place your cushion order. Also with bespoke orders for sizes and styles not available from the website there is a no refund policy unless the goods arrive faulty.
To make a return, write on the back of your delivery note, giving your reason for return and wrap the item securely. We will also refund the delivery if the refund is as a result of our error.
We cannot take responsibility for goods lost in return transit if you do not use a secure method of posting.


TRADE DESCRIPTIONS ACT
All dimensions are appropriate and every care has been taken to ensure that colours are reproduced accurately. As all of the items are made individually from natural materials so shading, stitching and dimensions may vary slightly from the product pictured. Please note that we are happy to send fabric swatches for the cushions out free of charge before you make an order so that you can check colour and quality.


The laws of England and Wales govern these terms and conditions, but do not affect your statutory rights.
